“We followed the program, and it is 100% responsible for our 49% growth this year.”
DSEW regional impact · Northeast Tennessee
CloudWise began in 2016 with a straightforward idea: teach high-demand technology skills with outcomes in mind. Tennessee invested $1.18 million in that idea, helping build a training method, AI-enabled platform, regional partnerships, and practical programs that trained more than 600 people and expanded what local businesses could do.
What that new capacity changed for local businesses
“We followed the program, and it is 100% responsible for our 49% growth this year.”
“Thanks to what you taught us, we increased revenue by $3 million—and built the capacity to grow ten times beyond that.”
CloudWise connected training, AI tools, real business work, measurement, and curriculum. People learned by producing useful work; businesses put it into operation; results returned to the classroom and strengthened the next decision.

CloudWise built its own learning management system because course completion was not enough. The Training Hub helps people use AI while they learn, complete practical work inside the course, and leave with outcomes instructors can see.

The platform combines course delivery, progress tracking, instructor tools, walkthroughs, prompts, credentials, and Ask Erwin—an embedded AI guide that helps learners understand and apply the material.

CloudWise developed, launched, and taught Market Power—a marketing training program for the AI age. It combines strategy, AI instruction, guided walkthroughs, prompts, publishing tools, and performance dashboards so participants create the work their businesses need while they learn.
Market Power
Participants learn the decision, create the work, put it into the market, measure what happened, and use the result to make the next decision better.
